Order Concerns
If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us via WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery, with the following details:
- Your Order ID
- Registered email address and contact number
- Photos of the products received
Please note:
- Only products purchased directly from the Herbo Green website are eligible for replacements, cancellations, and refunds
- For items purchased through other platforms or retail partners, please contact the respective platform or retailer directly
Deliveries
Delivery Timelines Standard delivery takes 6–8 business days, though this may vary based on delivery location, regional or public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges may apply at the company's discretion. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹49 will be charged.
Order Processing
- Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with your Order ID and registered mobile number.
Offers & Promotions
Only one promotional offer can be applied per order. Multiple offers cannot be combined.
