Cancellation & Refund Policy

Herbo Green is a brand operated by Myyshopp Ecommerce Pvt Ltd. References to "Herbo Green," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Myyshopp Ecommerce Pvt Ltd.

We want every Herbo Green order to reach you perfectly. If something needs to change, here's how we handle it.

When Refunds May Be Issued

Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds or returns may be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock*
  • Your delivery address is not serviceable by our delivery network*
  • Your request complies with our Returns Policy
  • The returned product is received in good condition and has not been tampered with
  • You have been charged twice for the same order placed using the same mobile number

Order Cancellation

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel before dispatch, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 97023 55777
  • For successfully cancelled prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

Returns & Replacement

There are no processing fees for returns or replacements. If you choose to replace a product with one of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds are credited to the same account or payment method used at checkout
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund is processed within 5–7 working days

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds are transferred to the bank account provided at the time of the return request
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund is processed within 7–10 working days

Timelines at a Glance

  • Refund credit after approval: 5–7 working days
  • Replacement dispatch after approval: 3–5 working days

Herbo Green reserves the right to approve or reject return or replacement requests after verifying the claim and any supporting evidence provided.
